Steps

Firstly, cut four sides of bread, so that while making in round shape it should not break.
Now crushed the bread slices or you can do mixer grinder if required. - 2
Add 4 tbsp milk of room temperature and sieve to form it as dough.
after that, keep the bread dough aside for sometime. - 3
Now in a deep vessel add 1.5 cup sugar and add 1 cup water to make chaashni.
along with that add cardomon seeds and keep its cover aside later will be used for decoration.
now stir gently for consistency. check its thickness should be that its sweetness should give taste in gulab jamun while eating. it gives fragrance of cardamon and tastes better.
Also heat oil on low flame for deep frying gulab jamuns. - 4
Now start chopping dryfruits into 2 pieces each and stuff into bread dough as shown in image.

Add 1 tsp ghee in bread dough and make small round shape gulab jamun balls as shown in image.
Now oil is ready to deep fry.
deep fry gulab jamun balls until they turn golden brown.
After that, dip the fried jamun balls into chaashni (Sugar syrup)
dip for half hour so that the sugar syrup gets absorbed in gulab jamun.
Now serve your sweet dish by placing the cardamon on top of gulab jamuns as shown in image.
