In a frying pan add ghee, and fry whole/ sliced almonds till golden, keep aside. Mix rose water with kewra water and keep aside, soak rice for 20 mins, set aside. Heat oil and add whole spices ( cumin seeds, small cardamoms, star anise, bay leaf 🍂, cinnamon sticks, cloves cook for 1 min.

Add finely chopped onions 🧅saute till pinkish in colour, add ginger garlic paste 🧄, saute for 1 min, add green chillies paste mix well, add all the vegetables (peas 🫛, carrots 🥕, potatoes 🥔) and saute for 3 mins, add coriander cumin powder, cinnamon & cardamom powder, black pepper powder and mix well.

Add rice 🍚, salt 🧂and mix well, add dry rose petals 🌹, mint leaves 🌱, water 💦, butter and mix well, let it boil, when water is near dried out, add rose &kewra water mixture, cover with aluminum foil, all sides and cook for 15 mins on low medium heat, serve hot.

Garnish with fried almonds, dry rose petals 🌹.
