Steps

Mix besan, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, sugar, lemon, garam masala.

Heat oil in a pan, add potatoes stuffed with masala you made.

And cook it with cover with lid with water.

Let it cook on a low flame.

Sprinkle the remaining masala on the vegetables

Once the vegetables are cooked turn off the flame

Put it in serving bowl and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves.

Gujarati sambharia is ready.
Tastes better with rotis and kadhi.
