For making Farfalle Pasta - on a kitchen top add All-purpose flour, make a hole in the centre, add 2 eggs, mix with fork and then slowly add flour from all sides to make a dough

Keep it cling wrapped for 30 mins

Sprinkle All-purpose flour on kitchen top and with a rolling pin roll out thin the dough

Fold from two sides and keep rolling until thin

Cut into two and keeping 3cms gap divide into two

Turn the side and with knife cut 3 cms square, with two fingers bring the centre inside like a butterfly shape. If you have Pasta cutter you can do it with it. The Farfalle pasta are ready

For creamy Mushroom & Spinach - slice onions, cut mushrooms. Clean the spinach.

In a wok heat olive oil and add sliced onions, on high heat fry until brown, reduce flame and add minced garlic, mix

Add mushroom and cook and add little olive oil again.

In a heavy bottomed pan boil water and once boiling add homemade Farfalle Pasta and lot of salt, cover to boil. Once boiled the pasta will float on top

To the mushrooms add spinach and cook until wilted, add cooking cream and stir, add black pepper. Mix well

Add Parmesan cheese and mix well and add boiled Farfalle Pasta, mix gently, add little pasta water if dry. Stir

Set aside

Serve with more sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and enjoy 😊
