I wanted to make the regular grilled cat fish in foil but when I received my fish it was diced into pieces so I decided to make an oven baked grilled fish in my baking dish

Wash your catfish with vinegar and lime

Cut into pieces

In a bowl add your seasoning and spices of choice (including fish seasoning), add pepper mix and sesame oil and mix

Rub the marinade well into the catfish making sure every part of the fish gets it

Transfer to a baking dish

Cover with foil paper and bake in an oven for 20-30 minutes
