Wash kangkong,then soak in salt water for five mins.

Slice it into small pieces.Same with red pepper.

Heay pan then stir fry dried shrimp until golden brown.Remove and set aside.

Next,stir fry garlic and shallots until fragrant.

Then add in the hard part of kangkong.Stir fry a minute then the leaves.

Add in red pepper,salt,dried shrimp then a little water.

Mix it well then cover and simmer.Cook until half done.
