Simple recipe if have sous vide machine.
Steps

Put bone into a container sprinkle with good amount of salt and cover with cold water. Put onto fridge at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and repeat 2 times.

Drain then put into sous vide bag and cook at 68c for 1 hour.

Remove from bag and put onto so foil lined baking try and grill on high to get some colour.

Serve with toast and some salt and pepper YUMMY
