Ingredients

25 minutes
8 to 9 thepla
  • 1 bowlchopped green methi
  • 6-7garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tablespoonchilli powder
  • Halfteaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoongaram masala
  • Salt as per test
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1 tablespoonajwain
  • 1 cupJowar flour
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 Cuprice flour

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all clean methi leaves and chopped it then take a Big Bowl at it now add all ingredients like good garam masala,turmeric,red chilli powder,salt ajwain oil. Now add flour available with you then make a dough. Rest it for 5 minutes

    Take a small amount of dough and make a small theplas. On medium flame fry it from both sides till it become a crispy add butter or ghee on it and serve hot with sauce curd or pickle or any chutney.
