Today I made a quick Galangan and lemon pickle. In the winter season when green turmeric,galangan, lemon, chillies are very good then it is very fun to make this pickle and eat it. Apart from this, our body also gets good nutrients from galangan and lemon. This pickle can be made and stored comfortably for months.

Today I made a quick Galangan and lemon pickle. In the winter season when green turmeric,galangan, lemon, chillies are very good then it is very fun to make this pickle and eat it. Apart from this, our body also gets good nutrients from galangan and lemon. This pickle can be made and stored comfortably for months.

First, wash the lemon with water and boil it in a cooker for three to four whistles. Then cut it in the middle and cut it into pieces and remove the seeds.

Galangan should also be washed with water, peeled and sliced. Green chillies should also be cut into slices in the same way.

Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and red chillies and turn off the gas.

Then add chopped green chillies, both galangan and green turmeric and prepared lemon slices.

Now add salt and lemon juice according to taste and mix everything properly.

So our galangan lemon pickle will be ready, This pickle can be kept for one to two days and then used.
