Take a bowl add corn flour,water and food colour, mix well without lumps.

Take a non-stick pan keep it on low flame,then add sugar and water,let the sugar melt,keep stirring.

After sugar became sticky consistency, pour the corn flour mix. Give a quick mix. Continuously mix well to avoid lumps. It becomes thick,add ghee and it starts leaving edges,remove and transfer to a greased plate.

Sprinkle some pistachios corse powder on top of the halwa.

Cut the halwa to uniform square pieces. Transfer to a serving plate.

Super tasty and soft Bombay Halwa is ready to serve.Enjoy.
