Cooking Instructions

Brush the phyllo dough with olive oil and fold it in half lengthwise.

Crumble the feta cheese by hand, mix it with the mortadella pieces, and spread it along the edge of the phyllo sheet. Season with pepper and paprika, then roll it up. You can leave the pie as a stick or roll it up. Place it in a well-oiled baking pan.

In a small bowl, lightly beat olive oil and a little water with a fork. Use a brush to coat the rolls well with the mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown.

This is the easiest Cheese Pie that anyone can make, even someone who is just starting out in the kitchen.
