Today I made Wheat Bran Flour Masala Bhakhri for Dinner.

Steps

Take a Wheat Bran Flour in a mixing bowl.
Add oil, freshly chopped fenugreek,salt,carrom seeds,chilli coriander and turmeric powder.
Combine well.
Add required Lukewarm water to knead the dough.
Cover it and give it rest for at least 10 minutes. - 2
After resting,make Equal balls,
Now take one portion and roll the bhakhri.
Heat the tawa, dry roast the Bhakhri both side with the help of
Wooden Roti press.. - 3
Apply clerified butter.
Now serve the fenugreek masala Bhakhri with the Potato subji..
