It requires few basic ingredients like milk, sugar, ghee, milk powder along with a pinch of Alum Powder to curdle milk to make this authentic halwai style milk dessert. Milk Cake is nothing but partially curdled and evaporated full fat milk with sugar till it is thickened and comes together like a halwa. The texture is grainy and you get a melt-in-mouth feel with every spoonful you take.It tastes delicious but requires Lots of Patience as it involves monitoring the milk by constant stirring to achieve the ultimate result.Serve this North Indian style Mithai as an aftermeal dessert on special occasions or during festivals.
