A lip smacking paratha recipe stuffed with onion and basic spices is a comfort meal. It makes a wholesome breakfast or even dinner when paired with chutney, curd or pickle.
Steps

In a mixing bowl take wheat flour,add carom seeds and salt mix them. Add oil and mix.then gradually add water and make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

In a bowl take onion slices and rub them with your fingers to seprate each slices.add all powder spices and coriander leaves and kasuri methi.

Mix all spices well and keep aside.
Take the dough make medium size balls. Take one ball roll it in a little bigger roti than normal roti. Place some amount of prepared stuffing on the roti. - 4
Roll it from one side and make a cylinder shape then fold it from one corner and press the end inside.

Dust some flour on kitchen counter or rolling board and roll the paratha. Place on preheated griddle and cook for few seconds. Flip it and spread little amount of oil all around it.cook it from both sides.

Prepared all and serve hot with curd and chutney.
