Meatloaf balls with creamy thyme sauce

In a bowl, mix ground beef with panko, half of the minced shallot, and half the garlic powder and 1 tsp of water. Season with salt and pepper.
Form the mixture into decent size balls. Mine made about 8 of them.

Cook in oven on 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

While those cook, in a pan on the stove, drizzle oil and sauté the thyme and shallot, salt and pepper for 2-4 minutes. Then, Stir in one billion cube and 1/3 cup of water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 2-3 Minutes.
Take off heat and stir in 1.5 tbsp of sour cream and 2 tbsp of butter. This should thicken into a creamy sauce.

Serve your meat loaf balls with the creamy thyme sauce drizzled over the top, or on the side. Serve with mashed potatoes, diced air fried potatoes and veggies of your choice.
