Assemble all the things. Add soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes and curds to the sago flour.

Add chilli ginger paste, coriander, green chilli and all the spices to it. Mix it well. Let it rest for 10 mins.

Heat oil and deep fry small portions of the mixture in the oil.

Enjoy farali fritters for Navratri or any other fasts.
