1 serving

1/2 cuprolled oats (about 50 grams)
3/4 cupskim milk (200 ml)
2egg whites
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Crunchy peanut butter

Add the oats and milk to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly and be careful not to let it burn.

When it starts to boil, add the egg whites and stir continuously for 1 minute.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with crunchy peanut butter and cocoa powder. Enjoy!
