Take leftover white dhokla batter in a bowl (➡️ (rice, urad dal, chana dal mix, soaked and grounded with curd and fermented batter). Grate lauki.
Keep ready boiled sweet corn and green peas, chopped capsicum, and grated carrot also. - 2
Add salt, turmeric powder, hing, oil, sugar, ginger chilli paste, chopped coriander. Mix well. Now add all veggies, mix well.

Turn on gas, keep a thick tawa on a slow flame, and put a nonstick small pan on thick tawa. So hanvo will cook properly without any burn. Add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp white sesame, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, and 1/2 tsp hing along with curry leaves and sprinkle curry leaves.

Add eno soda in handvo batter, mix well. Now, spread ladle full batter on tempering seasonings. Cover the lid. Cook till turns golden brown and crispy. Flip the handvo, cook it on the other side till turn crispy. When cooked completely, transfer in a dish.

Make all handvo - pan cake in same way. Every time new seasonings - tadka. Serve hot with green coriander chilli chutney and red chilli garlic chutney. Enjoy.
