Lauki Chana Masala

Wash peeled and cut the lauki.To make a paste of tomato ginger garlic & whole garammasala paste.

Heat a pan add oil put cuminseed crackle a bit,than add chop onion sauted till it's become golden brown.Add masala paste sauted nicely.A dd all spices mix it well & sauted nicely.

Add lauki and leftover chana masala,salt mix it well & cover it,cook on low medium flame.Left over chanamasala lauki ki sabji is ready.

Sprinckle with coriander leaves serve it on roti paratha or rice.
