  2. Half kg chana dal
  3. 1 big bowl toor dal
  4. 1 small bowl urad dal
  5. 1 big bowl poha
  6. 2 tablespoonAjwain
  7. 2 tablespoonCoriander seeds
  8. 1 tablespoonjeera

    Take all ingredients on one platform then you need to wash some ingredients and so cut for 2 hours at least which are those we see next first of all was rice then all dals wash and soak in shade.

    See the picture like that you so sock rice, tur daal chana daal and udad dal after drawing one by one everything roast.

    Roast on medium flame for at least 10 to 15 minutes for one ingredient so that everything become crunchy then poha is also dry roast. At last jeera coriander seeds and ajwain slightly roast and add in your bhajani.

    After dry rosting cool down every ingredient and then you mix it all your bhajani is ready to grind. Grind it now our chakli flour is ready.
