Traditional chakli made with homemade bhajni, these deep fried spirals are a must for deepavali celebration.
Steps

Wash rice,dal,spread on cloth and fan dry for 3,4 hours.

Dry roast rice on medium heat for a few minutes without changing colour transfer to a plate then dal, poha, sabudana, coriander seeds, jeera transfer to the same plate,cool it.

Grind it in chakki,or using mixi jar then sieve it.

For making chakli, boil two cups of water add salt, chilli powder, and a spoon of oil, add two cups of bhajni flour mix it add sesame seeds,carom seeds and cover keep it for some time.

Knead the dough, heat oil, grease chakli press and fill a portion of dough in close the lid and make chakli, drop in hot oil carefully and fry to golden.

Bhajni chakli is ready for a deepavali celebration.
