Chopped betal leaves finely

Dry roast it, or microwave it till become criapy.

In a pan add ghee, and roast all dry fruits, grind it coarsely

And keep aside.

Sauted dates and grind it coarsely as well.
Add roasted betal leaves and gulkand, mix all together well. - 6
Then add desicated coconut and then mix it properly till combine.
Roll it into log and cut it into pieces. - 7
Garnish with more betal leaves and golden edible verkh.

And it's ready to be served
