Take all the needed ingredients.

Mix Cornmeal,wheat flour,salt and oil in a bowl. Add water little by little and Knead the dough as usual for poori. Cover it with wet cloth for 30 mts.

Then take small amount of dough and make balls,and dust some flour and roll as circle.
Dusting with wheat flour is the best choice than Cornmeal. - 4
In a hot pan add oil and deep fry the poori,serve it with kurma.

That's all. Our Cornmeal, crispy and softy poori is ready.
