Custard Coffee With Ice Cream

Mix hot water, sugar, and coffee powder in the same ratio. Blend it and make a smooth coffe syrup.

Heat milk with sugar. Keep aside 200 ml milk, in 50 ml milk, add vanilla custard powder, and sugar in it stir well, cook till it thicknes. Grease with butter, pour custard milk in a cup, and keep 1 hour aside in a fridge to set.

Take a glass, pour coffee syrup in a glass. Add custard and coffee syrup on it. Add cold milk. Put an ice cream scoop on it. Again, pour coffee syrup. Add cold milk. Now garnish with chopped dryfruits, tutti frutti, and dry cherry.

Custard coffee with ice cream is ready to enjoy. Serve chilled.
