Stir Fried Natto and Chopped Udon Noodles with Sesame Oil Stir Fried Natto and Chopped Udon Noodles with Sesame Oil
I love natto! But it's hard to use with noodles since they don't mix well together... So I used fried soba noodles with fried rice as inspiration. The important thing is to chop up the udon noodles so that the natto coats them better. The cheese and sesame oil melt together for a surprisingly delicious flavor. Recipe by akkonsyrup. cookpad.japan -

Stir-fried Pork and Kimchi Udon Noodles with Poached Egg Stir-fried Pork and Kimchi Udon Noodles with Poached Egg
I added udon noodles to stir-fried pork and kimchi (which I love) to create a stir-fried udon noodle dish. It's topped with a poached egg, another of my favorites. It's better not to cook green onion for too long. If you can't get frozen udon noodles, just use ready-cooked or dried ones. I like using garlic chives with this dish. It's especially delicious if you mix in a soft-poached egg, so definitely try it out. Recipe by Bananazakuro cookpad.japan -
An Osaka-native's Sauce Yakisoba (or Stir-fried Udon Noodles) An Osaka-native's Sauce Yakisoba (or Stir-fried Udon Noodles)
I was born and raised in Chuo Ward, Osaka, and love "okonomiyaki," "yakisoba" and "takoyaki".There are so many yummy restaurants here, but they're always so crowded... Even if these don't taste or look exactly the same as what you'd get in those places, I'm actually quite proud of what I've got here.Everything I've listed here are hints. Yakisoba and stir-fried udon noodles are such simple dishes, but those served at the okonomiyaki shop are really yummy. If you take some extra care during just a couple of steps, your noodles will taste so much better.I know yakisoba dishes vary in taste by region, but I hope you'll try this out at least once! Thai-Style Stir-Fried Udon Noodles Thai-Style Stir-Fried Udon Noodles
I made some stir fried udon when I was visiting friends in Bangkok. They were out of soy sauce so I tried using Thai fish sauce instead. Although people in Bangkok use limes, lemon is a fine substitute. Now I'm very fond of stir fried udon with nam pla.Microwave the udon noodles briefly to warm them up, and untangle them in advance. If you are using frozen noodles, rinse them in water to get rid of any surface stickiness. If you add some fresh coriander, it will taste more like Thai cooking!I recommend adding cherry tomatoes.
