Ingredients

  • 1 kgsweet potato
  • 1 cupjaggery
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 100 gmDry fruits
  • Elaichi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and mash sweet potatoes

    In a pann add ghee mashed potatoes mix well.add finely chopped and fried dry fruits.melt jaggery in water and strain it in sweer potato mixture.mix well add Elaichi powder and let it cook for a while. Serve while warm.
