Boil daal till done.

Soak rice for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry onions till light golden.

Add in garam masala,turmeric,salt,ginger,garlic,mince,plums,red chillies and tomatoes.

Bhoono all well.

Add in daal.

Now add rice and a glass of water.

When it starts boiling,add in green chillies and coriander.

When water dries,cover and cook on dum for 15 minutes.

Serve hot with raita.
