Steps

Wash and chopped green methi leaves. Heat a kadai on slow flame. Add oil, hing, and jeera. Saute it. Add chopped garlic, saute for a minute.

Add chopped onions, cook it till turns transparent. Add tomatoes puree, cook it. Add ginger chilli paste, mix well.

Now add all dry masala. Cook till oil releases. Add besan, cook it dry in oil. Add methi leaves.

Mix well. Cook it well. Add curd and water. Mix well. Add water as required to make sabzi with gravy. Cook it for a couple of minutes.

Lasooni methi is ready to serve. Serve hot with roti, paratha, naan, or with steamed rice. Enjoy.
