  • 100 gmrice flour
  • 1 tbspsuji
  • 1 tbspsoaked moong dal
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • Half tsp haldi powder
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspchopped curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinchhing
  • Lukewarm water
  • Oil for deep frying

    Take a bowl, arrange all these things mentioned except oil for deep frying.knead a tight dough with the help of lukewarm water.keep it aside for 5 minutes.

    Take a small portion of the dough and roll it gently like Puri with oil. Then deep fry.while adding the puris flame will high then make it slow.
