Bajra Methi Achari Na Vada Recipe is a simple and delicious fritter made with Bajra or Pearl Millet and Whole Wheat flour. First of all, add pearl millet flour, wheat flour and sorghum flour in a bowl. Now take sour pickle masala and sour pickle oil in a bowl. After that add water to the desi jaggery in another bowl and keep the jaggery dissolved for 5 minutes.

After that, add ginger-garlic and green chili paste to the flour. Now add coriander cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida, white sesame seeds, garam masala and salt to this. Now add soaked jaggery to this along with water.

Now add pickle masala and pickle oil to this. Now add freash fenugreek leaves and add chopped green garlic to this.

Now add finely chopped green coriander and curd to this and mix everything well. Now add oil to this and mix well.

Now add water little by little and make a smooth dough.

Now make small balls out of this dough and pat them with your hands and coat them in white sesame seeds and keep them in a plate. Now heat the oil to fry the vada on one side. As the oil heats up, keep the gas flame high while adding the vadas to the hot oil, then fry all the vadas on medium flame until the vadas turn golden.

Now our Bajra Methi Achari Vada is ready to serve. This vada can be served with tea - coffee, masala curd, coriander green chutney or tomato ketchup.
