Cook sausage in skillet until brown and crumbly; drain

Grease baking dish with Pam spray
- 3
Tear biscuits into pieces and spread out evenly in the baking dish

Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly on top of biscuits

Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of sausage
- 6
Beat eggs in a bowl with milk or heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper to taste (like you’re making scrambled eggs)

Pour eggs evenly throughout the baking dish
- 8
Pour gravy evenly on top of everything in the baking dish
- 9
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and biscuits are done
