Ingredients

  • Beef
  • 1 (14 oz)can of pears drained
  • 1 (2 inch)knob ginger
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 2 lbstop sirloin
  • Toppings
  • Kimchi
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Cilantro
  • Sriracha mayo or yum yum

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend beef marinade ingredients together. Reserve half for later.

  2. 2

    Cut sirloin into chucks and add to instant pot. Add half of the marinade to the pot. Cook in the instant pot on high pressure for 45 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients into a taco shell and enjoy
