Sliced Pork and Zucchini Fried with Oyster-Mayo Sauce

I wanted a way to eat up all the zucchini in my garden.
Once you put salt and pepper on the zucchini, it will release lots of water, so be sure to cook it well at the end to reduce the liquid. For 3-4 servings. Recipe by Donpintan

Steps
- 1
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and rub with cooking sake. Slice the zucchini into 2-3 mm slices.
- 2
Heat mayonnaise and garlic in a pan on medium heat. When the mayo begins to melt, add the pork.
- 3
When the pork is about 80% cooked through, add the zucchini and sprinkle with salt and pepper. When the zucchini gets tender, stir in the oyster sauce.
- 4
Turn the heat up to high and cook for about 1-2 minutes until the water reduces. Sprinkle as much sesame as you like!
