Steps
- 1
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
- 2
Line a baking pan with parchment paper
- 3
Arrange fillets on the parchment skin side down
- 4
Add dates, mustard, mayo, and olive oil to a small food chopper or processor and pulse until dates are chopped into small pieces.
- 5
Add already chopped pecans to the mix and pulse a few more times to blend.
- 6
Spread each fillet with mixture
- 7
Bake for 12-15 minutes until brown and fish is flaky.
- 8
NOTE: I keep chopped pecans on hand in my freezer. If you don’t have any already chopped, pop some in the chopper before you add the rest of the ingredients and pulse a few times!
