Steps

Boil half cup water in a pan, add sal and oil.

Add millet flour (bajra flour) and put off the flame. Mix with a wooden spoon and cover. Leave 2 minutes.

Take out and knead for few minutes. Divide into 2 equall ball.

Coat each ball with millet flour and roll with rolling pin. Chapati is formed.

Cook on medium hot griddle. Apply ghee on both sides (optional). Serve with curry /raita etc.
