For Malpua - in a pan add jaggery and 1 cup water, bring to heat and stir to dissolve jaggery, set aside to cool completely

In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and jaggery to make Malpua batter, set aside
- 3
For Beetroot Shrikhand - grate Beetroot.

Add Beetroot to a pan and stir to remove moisture, add chopped pistachios, Elaichi powder, chopped dates and stir

Add milk and stir well, set aside to cool, add honey and mix well
- 6
Add yoghurt and refrigerate for 1 hr.

In a pan add a ladle of batter and when bubbles surface, flip, set aside

Add Shrikhand and fold. Close with cloves. Enjoy 😊
