In a kadhai first take the besan, powered sugar,a1/4 cup of ghee and 1/2 cup water and mix well no lumps should be visible.

Then put on the gas on high flame.and keep on stirring the mixture in one direction only.

Add the ghee and keeping stirring continuously. Till the ghee seperates.

Once the ghee seperates turn of the gas and put it in the plate to set.

Let it cool for 10- 15 mins then cut in the pieces.

Mysore is ready to serve 🙂.
