A healthy and tasty evening snack.
Steps

Mix millet flour and chick peas flour and sesame seeds and little salt.

Make a coarse paste in a grinder, of green chili,garlic,coriander leaves and little salt.

Mix above ground paste, turmeric powder, chillies powder, coriander and cumin powder into the flour.

Add water little by little and make a dough. It will take 3/4 cup water approximately.

Keep the dough for5 minutes, then knead it well and make lemon size balls.

Heat oil on medium heat. Fry puris till get golden color.
- 7
When you roll the puris, shape them round with one small bowl.
- 8
Serve the masala bajri puris with curd and pickles.
