Oat Bran and Spinach Galette

Wash and remove the stems from the spinach. Blend all the ingredients together.

Spray a skillet with oil and pour in the mixture. Cover and cook the galette, being careful not to overcook—it should stay soft.

Now just fill it with your favorite toppings!
Suggested filling:
Cream cheese
Ham
Spread cream cheese over the galette, add the ham, roll it up, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge.
