Ingredients

6 hours

4-6 servings

2-3chicken breasts
1onion (chopped/diced)
2-4 clovesgarlic (minced)
1 tbspminced ginger (fresh or jar)
1large can of tomato puree or sauce
1-2 cupplain yogurt (Greek or regular)
2 tbspolive oil
1/4 cupheavy cream (optional)
Spices
1 tspturmeric
2 tbspgaram masala
1 tspcumin
1 tsppaprika
1/4-1/2 tspcayenne pepper
1/2 tspcinnamon
2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper

Cut chicken into chunks.

Mix all ingredients together, except for the heavy cream, and add to the crockpot.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Add the heavy cream about 20 minutes before serving and stir to combine.

Serve with rice, and other Indian style/inspired dishes.
