Made this with my family for both Thanksgiving and Christmas 2016- it was a hit with two different groups of people!
Steps

Slightly cook mushrooms
- 2
Dice celery
- 3
Prep all the ingredients in their specific sections

In a large pan, melt butter and add salt
- 5
Add celery, onions, and garlic. Simmer til fragrant (5 min max). Add mushrooms toward the end.

Add herbs, spices, and chicken stock. Bring to a rolling boil.

Quickly add and mix bread crumbs and cover. After a couple minutes, turn off heat.

Let sit 5 min, then fluff with a fork/spatula, and serve.
