Cook the rice and when ready spread it on a flat plate to avoid the rice from sticking together.

Fry the onions first for 3 min on medium heat. Add the diced garlic and capsicum. Fry till the onion or garlic bits have a golden brown colour then add the diced tomatoes.

Cut the potatoes in cubes and add them in the cooking pan together with the green peas. Cover the pan and leave it to cook for 5 min on medium heat.

Add the salt and curry powder. Stir and leave it to cook till the potatoes soften. Don't leave it till the potatoes become too soft.

Add the rice and stir slowly and carefully to avoid smashing the potatoes and rice. Stir for 3-5 minutes on medium heat. When the rice mixes complete with the potato paste it's ready to serve
