Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breasts
  2. 1 tspchicken bouillon powder
  3. 2 tspsalt free garlic & herb powder, divided
  4. 1 bagfrozen mixed veggies
  5. 1 tspTony’s seasoning
  6. Salt & pepper to taste
  7. 1 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1 boxRed Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  9. 2 cupsmilk
  10. 2 cupschicken stock
  11. 10.5 ozcan cream of chicken soup
  12. 1 sticksalted butter
  13. Optional: 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Cut chicken breasts into cubes and put a pot of water to boil, add chicken to water with chicken bouillon powder and half of the garlic & herb seasoning. Let chicken cook in boiling water for 20 minutes. Take chicken out & shred.

  2. 2

Heat oven to 350°F. Place butter in a 9-by-13-inch pan and pop the pan in the oven to melt the butter as it heats. Once butter is melted, add the chicken and spread into an even layer. Next, layer the frozen vegetables over the top. Season with salt and pepper, garlic seasonings & Tony’s.

  3. 3

Mix together the milk and biscuit mix along with the seasoning packet that comes with Red Lobster Cheddar Bay mix. Pour that milk-biscuit mix over the chicken and vegetables as a layer, do not mix together. Next, whisk together the chicken stock and cream of chicken soup, then pour over the top as another layer. Do not mix that either. Add black pepper & cheddar cheese on top of desired.

  4. 4

Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes. It is going to look runny, but let it sit for at least 10 to 15 minutes. The sauce will thicken to a gravy consistency. Serve with cracked black pepper.
