Wash the rice & drain

Cook the rice in boiling water until dry

Once cooked, keep aside to cool

Add Vinegar ingredients together and heat until sugar is dissolved

Keep the mix aside & leave to cool

Add the mixture to the rice

Spread the rice on nori sheet

Add cucumber, avocado, crab meat & mayo

Roll it using the bamboo mat

Cut the roll in slices

Serve with soya sauce
