Ingredients

28 minutes
5 pancakes
  • 3/4 cuprolled oats
  • 1/4 cupall purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 Tspbaking powder
  • 1/8 Tspbaking soda
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 Tspsugar
  • 3/4 cupfresh curd
  • 1/3 Tspcrushed black pepper
  • 1/4 Tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 TspKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 TspPao bhaji masala powder
  • For buttermilk preparation
  • 3/4 cupcurd
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 Tbsplemon juice
  • Other ingredients
  • 1/2 cupgreen bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupchopped carrot
  • 1/4 cupboiled green peas
  • 1/4 cupboiled sweet corn
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 cupchopped cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 Tbspginger powder
  • 1/2 Tspgarlic powder
  • 1 Tbsppeanuts oil
  • Oil to roast pancakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Arrange the required ingredients. Mix all the dry ingredients.

    Add the chopped veggies. Mix curd, milk and lemon juice. Stir well. Buttermilk is ready now.

    Add buttermilk to make the Oats, veggies and masala batter.

    Grease the skillet with oil. Pour the batter. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds. Cook both sides of the pancakes. Serve hot with tomato sauce/pickle. Thanks
