Ingredients

15 dates
  1. 12-15dates (depending on size)
  2. 3 1/2 ozdark chocolate with sea salt
  3. 1 3/4 ozpeanut butter
  4. 3/4 ozpeanuts

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the dates open on top and remove the pit, then fill with peanut butter

    Chop the peanuts into small pieces with a knife

  3. 3

    Melt the chocolate broken into pieces using a double boiler or microwave (2x 30 seconds, stirring in between). Add the chopped peanuts to the chocolate and mix well. Then, using a spoon, dip the dates into this chocolate and place them on a plate covered with parchment paper to refrigerate for at least an hour

    Perfect as a little treat with coffee. Store in the fridge
