Ingredients

  • 1 packspinach
  • 50 gpork liver
  • slicesSome ginger and garlic
  • 3 glasswater
  • Halftsp salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash spinach and cut into halves.Set aside

  2. 2

    Wash liver and slice.Then blanch it with hot water.Then wash again.

  3. 3

    Then add liver and salt boil it for three mins then the spinach.Boil another 3 mins,remove from fire.

  4. 4

    Boil water in a pot.Then drop garlic and ginger.Boil a minute
