Firstly boil the potatoes and peel it then mash it coarsely.

Then take a wok add 1 tbsp ghee then grated ginger and chopped green chilli,Then add mashed potatoes.

Saute it for five minutes then add Salt, amchur,and red chilli powder and mix it.Then again saute it till it gets golden.Add coriander leaves in it.

Now take a bowl mix all three flours and salt in it and make dough of it.

Then make a puri from it cut in between to make samosa,fill the potato masala and make samosa from it.

To make kachori make a small puri and fill masala in it.

Then take a wok add oil to deep fry all samosa and kachori,fry it till it gets golden.Serve it hot with
chutney
