Ingredients

10 minutes
For Iftar
  1. 3big size Potatoes
  2. 1 tbspmenda flour
  3. 1 tbspbesan
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspchilli powder
  6. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  7. 1 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1 tbspfreshly chopped coriander
  9. 1-2 tbspwater, (just for coating)
  10. Oil for frying
  11. 1 cupblack tea

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel,wash and cut potatoes in big dice.wipe with the cloth.
    Keep the masala like salt, chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Fresh coriander and lemon juice ready.

    Put the diced potatoes in a big bowl.add all the masala,Mendo and besan.
    Add Lemon juice and mix all.
    Now if needed,add water just to slightly coat the potatoes.

    Heat the oil.
    Now add a potato piece one at a time in the oil.make sure not to stick each other. Put it all and fry them.
    Continue stir to not to over cook.
    Remove on the kitchen paper.

    Serve with black tea.and enjoy the iftar first bite.🌙
