Ingredients

  1. 4drumsticks (cut it into long piece)
  2. 4 tblsp mustard oil
  3. 1 tblsp green chillies, ginger and garlic crushed
  4. 1 tspasafoetida
  5. 1.5 cupbesan
  6. 1.5 tblsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric
  8. Salt
  9. Some water to sprinkle
  10. Finely chopped fresh coriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut drumsticks. Add some salt and water and boil it till it become tender. Keep it aside. Take another pan. Add mustard oil. Once oil is hot add mustard, asafoetida and grounded green chilli, ginger and garlic. Saute.

    Add besan and continue to cook on low flame. Once it is properly cooked, add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt.

    Add boiled drumsticks. Sprinkle some water and continue to cook on low flame.

    Sprinkle some finely chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti.
